TrainingWorkplace climate training

Workplace climate training · for companiesA better climate in your teams, measured before and after.

Workplace climate is not fixed with a motivational talk. It improves when the people who manage others know how to give feedback, open a difficult conversation and recognise work done well. That can be learned, and it shows.

THIS IS YOU IF

  • The climate survey comes back badly and nobody knows what to do with it.
  • Good people leave, and the exit interviews keep giving the same reason.
  • Conflicts fester because nobody knows how to raise them in time.
  • Your managers were promoted for being good at the technical work, and nobody taught them how to lead people.

HOW THE PLAN WORKS

Four phases. It starts and ends with a measurement.

So you know where you are starting from and what has changed by the end. The phases adapt to the size of the workforce and to what the first measurement shows.

  1. At the start

    1

    Measure

A short, anonymous climate survey of the people involved, plus interviews with leadership and with some of the managers.

You take away: a map of where it hurts, area by area.
  2. During the plan

    2

    Train the managers

Hands-on workshops in small groups, chosen according to what the measurement shows.

You take away: tools they use on Monday.
  3. Alongside

    3

    Support

One-to-one coaching for key managers, so what they learn reaches their team's day-to-day.

You take away: a plan per person, with follow-up.
  4. At the close

    4

    Measure again

The same survey, in the same areas. We compare it with the starting point and present it to leadership.

You take away: what has changed and what comes next.

The support in phase 3 is one-to-one coaching. See how our executive coaching works →

WHAT THE WORKSHOPS COVER

What a manager does every week, and nobody taught them.

Hands-on workshops built on your own cases, not textbook ones. Each one ends with something concrete to try with the team that same week.

  • Feedback that gets heard

Saying what is not working without breaking the conversation.

  • Difficult conversations

Preparing them, opening them and holding them, instead of putting them off.

  • Recognising the work

What is missed most in almost any climate survey.

  • Meetings that are worth it

Fewer meetings, and leaving them with decisions made.

  • Delegating and letting go

The team decides without having to ask about everything.

  • Conflict, before it festers

Spotting it early, and knowing when to step in and when not to.

What the company receives, and what it does not

THE COMPANY RECEIVES

  • The climate survey, aggregated and anonymous.
  • No result for a group so small that someone could be identified.
  • Workshop attendance and the progress of the plan.

STAYS WITH EACH PERSON

  • What each person answers in the survey.
  • What is said in a one-to-one session.
  • Any assessment of a specific person.

What this plan is not

  • It does not replace the psychosocial risk assessment, which is mandatory and carried out by your health and safety service.
  • It is not mediation, nor the investigation of a harassment case: those go through your own protocol.
  • We do not assess anyone for dismissals or promotions.
  • It is not therapy or psychological treatment.
