Cookie policy
Cookies are small files placed on your device by your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, to understand how the service is used (only with your consent), and to improve it.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary — required for sign-in, session, and security. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics — anonymous usage measurement. Off by default; only on if you opt in.
Marketing — campaign attribution. Off by default; only on if you opt in.
Cookies in detail
Everything below is strictly necessary or functional.
Cookie — leanos-auth: records that you are signed in, so the site takes you to the app. 1 year.
Browser storage (not cookies), kept until you clear it unless stated otherwise: your sign-in session token (Supabase) — up to 90 days, ending sooner after 30 days without use or when you sign out; your language; sidebar and navigation state; calendar view; whether you have seen the help panel; which hints you have seen in each project; a draft of a new project you are writing; a plan you chose before signing up; when you last read your inbox; your DISC answers while you fill in the questionnaire (on that device only); a cache of data from screens you have opened; your cookie choice.
Session storage (cleared when you close the tab): the AI copilot conversation for each project; the state of the reading panel.
Analytics and marketing cookies: none currently active. If we add any (e.g. Plausible, Google Analytics), this list will be updated before they fire.
Managing your choice
Use the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or open it again from any page in the future (we will add a 'Cookie preferences' link to the footer). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Third-party cookies
We do not currently set third-party cookies. If we do in the future (e.g. embedded video, ads), they will be listed here and gated behind consent.
